As a licensed professional counselor and licensed master social worker with credentials spanning Utah, Texas, Florida, Washington State, Arizona, and Arkansas, I bring a wealth of experience to help you navigate life's transitions, whether you're in the military or a civilian. My expertise extends to addressing intimacy barriers, fostering sexuality connections, managing depression and anxiety, supporting individuals facing LGBTQIA+ challenges, trauma, race-related trauma, Military Trauma, PTSD, and addiction.

My purpose is to uplift and contribute to the healing of individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds. I employ person-centered and strength-based practices to empower you to take charge of your therapeutic journey.
